Buck Knives: Buck X Tract LED Multi Tool, Platinum, BU-731PLX
The illustrated Buck Tool is the Buck X Tract LED Multi Tool, designed by mountaineer Peter Whittaker, that features one hand access, locking tools. This Buck X Tract LED Multi Tool features a 3" part serrated drop point blade made of 420HC stainless steel with thumb stud for opening. The handle of this Buck tool, 4 1/4" closed, has a steel frame, platinum color rubber coated thermoplastic scales and a metal lanyard loop. Other functions include spring loaded needle nose pliers, 12 gauge wire cutters, #2 Phillips screwdriver, a flat head screwdriver, a bottle/can opener and a 5mm LED light. The LED light has an auto shut off after three minutes, and it is powered by two 3 volt CR-1616 lithium batteries. A heavy duty nylon sheath is included with this Buck tool. The Buck X Tract LED Multi Tool with platinum color handle has an overall open length of 7 1/4" and weighs 6.4 ounces.
