The illustrated Boker Knife Sharpener is the Nakato Boker Japanese Water Stone, made by Masahiro. This knife sharpener consists of a water soluble matrix: wetting the stone before use exposes fresh sharpening particles during the sharpening process; creating maximum sharpening ability. The Nakato Japanese Water Stone has a medium 1000 grit that is perfect for honing to razor sharpness. A base is included with this Boker knife sharpener. The Nakato Boker Japanese Water Stone Knife Sharpener measures 7" long by 2" wide by approximately 3/4" tall.
