Bear and Son Knives: Bear Bowie Knife, Damascus India Stag Bone, BC-502D
The illustrated Bear Knife is the Bear Bowie Knife that features a bowie blade made of Damascus steel. The Bear Bowie Knife has full tang construction with genuine India Stag Bone handle scales, brass pins and a brass guard. A genuine leather sheath is included with this Bear knife. The Bear and Son Bowie Knife has an overall length of 14 3/8".
Bear Damascus is made in the U.S.A. Bear and Son Knives is the only commercial knife manufacturer offering knives with Damascus blades.
All India Stag Bone handles vary in color, which is part of the uniqueness of natural materials.
Editor's note: Bear and Son's uses a random pattern Damascus steel. Each blade surface will be as unique as a man's fingerprint. Bear Damascus is produced by forging layers of high and low carbon steels. The resulting patterns will be subtle and unique.
