The illustrated Al Mar Kitchen Knife is the Al Mar Ultra-Chef Santoku Knife that features a 7" blade made of VG10 Damascus steel with the Al Mar logo. The blade is constructed of thirty three layers of stainless steel, with a center cutting layer made of VG10 Cobalt stainless steel that has been heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 60-62. The one piece, ergonomic stainless steel handle of this Al Mar kitchen knife is hollow to reduce weight, perfectly balanced, and impervious to most everything in the current kitchen environment. The Al Mar Ultra-Chef Santoku Knife has an overall length of 12.875", and comes packaged in a gift box.
