The illustrated Old Hickory Knife is the Old Hickory Butcher Knife that features a 14" blade made of carbon steel. This Butcher Knife has full tang construction with brass riveted hardwood handle scales. The Old Hickory Butcher Knife with 14" blade has an overall length of 19 1/2". Made in the USA.

Caution, high carbon steel will rust if not properly cared for. Clean and oil after use, and keep out of the dishwasher.

I am very pleased with my purchase. They shipped promptly and arrived in good order. The knives for the cost are a bargain! I put a patina on them and they are ready to go. I would advise to NOT have have 'them' sharpen you knives. My knives were not that sharp when they arrived. I could put a better edge on them. Overall and excellent experience. Buy with confidence.

Old Hickory knives are truly outstanding for their quality and price. This one I bought for slicing beef briskets, rib roasts, watermelons, etc.. Perfect size for large items I also have the chef knife and 10” butcher knife. They will last a lifetime if taken care of.

A little rough around the edges,
Nothing a stone won't fix, but for the price you can't beat it.
Shipping is a whole nother story. 3 day Priority mail took 15 days?
