$3.97 SALE PRICE! When I was a little bitty boy, milk was delivered to the house from a Borden's milk truck. The milk came in gallon glass jars with paper seals. The delivery man's name was Cecil. He kept the milk cold in the truck with great big chunks of ice. Me and the other neighborhood kids would run out to his truck with cup towels, and he would chip us off some of the ice and wrap it in our cup towels as a treat. To some of my young customers this may seem pretty bland, but to a four year old in the 50's it was great. He used an ice pick just like this one to chip the ice.

Editor's note: Old Hickory has changed the thickness of it's steel to keep the price low and make them even easier to sharpen. Also, the newer models will not have the traditional roll marked blades or Old Hickory stamped on the handles.
