The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Paring Knife that features a 3 1/4" spear point blade made of high carbon stainless steel. The small handle of this paring knife is made of red nylon that is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved.
Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished by Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
Editor's note: These little paring knives are super good! They have high carbon stainless steel blades, sharpen easy and seem to hold a good edge. The handles are made from an extremely tough nylon material and are almost indestructible. We have sold them in our retail store for years, and they have always been a great gift for the ladies or men. I am almost sure you will love these little knives.
